was established in 2006 in response to a growing need from corporates to manage and measure their print spends.  According to
Aberdeen print can represent up to 3.5% of an organisations total spend!

We partner with our clients to manage and identify the key areas of spend across the entire business.  This would include the larger
categories such as marketing, but also corporate affairs, learning, training and investor relations. 

Print can be largely an overlooked commodity falling somewhere between procurement and marketing.  POINT extends the reach of your procurement departments with on-site support & consultancy.

POINT is typically delivering a return on investment of over 150% at each of our clients.

Gary Davies
CEO

Gary has more than 23 years experience in the print and
reprographics industry in South Africa. He attended the
University of the Witwatersrand and attained his MBA from
the Henley Management School of Business. He has founded
and sold several businesses in South Africa, and pioneered
digital ad delivery, digital asset management and remote
printing and proofing in the local market. Gary was a
member of the technical committee of the PMA for many
years and has a thorough understanding of the South African
print industry.
Kevin Fleischer
Financial Director

Kevin's background is in finance and venture capital, where
he has worked in New York, London and SA in businesses
ranging from Investment Banking to technology start-ups.
Kevin attended the University of Witwatersrand and read
his postgraduate studies at Oxford and graduated Mphil
Finance in 1989. Most recently he was the CEO of Blue
Catalyst, a government-funded VC initiative to support
innovation in Gauteng.
Anthony Swart
Managing Director

Anthony Swart has been appointed as MD of POINT. He brings
an extensive 18 years of brand consulting and design
experience, as well as 6 years in the retail industry experience
to the company.  Having spent almost two decades at
The Brand Union in Johannesburg, 8 years of which as CEO,
Anthony has immense management experience and aims help
continue the growth of Point in South Africa, as well as look
for expansion into various African and Middle East markets.
Anthony has undergraduate degrees in Industrial Psychology
and  Sociology from Wits, as well as a Masters in Management
(Wits Business School) and an MBA from Oxford Brookes
University.

Tanya Reddy
Chief Operations Officer

Tanya has spent the last 16 years in various areas of the
printing industry including design, repro, print and Advertising
She has unparalleled knowledge across the print spectrum from
flexo and litho to silkscreen, web and gravure. 
Tanya manages all the on-site teams within South Africa and the
Middle East.  She is currently studying for her MBA.
Daniélle Crouse
Strategic Consultant

Point contracts Daniélle as an external consultant, to develop
and implement savings methodologies, client satisfaction
measures and performance tracking at each client account.
She has been doing work for Point since 2007.

Daniélle also works as a strategy consultant mostly in the
transportation and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on
organizational redesign, performance management and
market research. She was involved in the global restructure
and rationalization of Pfizer in India, US and Australia and
more recently was involved in defining the mining strategy
for Rwanda as part of OTF Groups Rwandan national and
cluster competitiveness initiative, the government-
commissioned Rwandan National Innovation and Competi-
tiveness project. She worked with the World Banks Infodev
program, evaluating and developing support plans for their
network of IT incubators.

Daniélle holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Mathematics
from Wits University; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics
and English, with Honours in English Literature from UNISA,
with an additional Anthropology major; and a Masters in
Business Administration in Strategy from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania.
Christian Bell
Head of Sales and Marketing

Christian has spent 15 years in the sales arena selling
complex web applications and consultancy services.  He
holds a honours degree in Business from Sheffield University
(UK) and has lived in South Africa since 2007.  He has an in-
depth knowledge of the print management process, change
management strategies and value-added services for
clients.  Christian also runs the marketing team including
web, traditional marketing, PR and CSR activities.
